SeamStitch SEBS Caulk is a solvent-based, single-component roof sealant for all roof types.

USES

Stop roof leaks and extend the service life of sloped roofs such as asphalt built-up, modified bitumen, single-ply (EPDM, TPO) membranes, and sprayed polyurethane foam roofs.

BENEFITS

• Provides a strong yet flexible membrane to seal and repair existing leaky roofs.
• Withstands ponding water in low slope roofs.
• Rust inhibitor eliminates the need for a primer over rusted metal.

APPLICATION

SeamStitch SEBS Caulk can be brushed, rolled, or sprayed. Allow 24 hours between coats. Do not apply within 3 hours of sunset, if rain is expected, or when the temperature is 55 degrees and falling.
