EnergyMax Acrylic Coating is a contractor-grade, ASTM D-6083-compliant acrylic roof coating that provides superior protection and durability. Its elastomeric properties allow for expansion and contraction with temperature changes, making it a reliable choice for any climate.

  • Ensure the roof is clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, dirt, or loose coatings. Perform compatibility tests on bare surfaces.
  • Apply using a long nap roller, spreader, or 3000psi, 2gpm airless sprayer with a .031 tip.
  • Allow 24 hours between coats. 
  • Avoid leaving coating in spray guns, hoses, or pumps for extended periods.
  • Do not apply within 3 hours of sunset, if rain is expected, or when the temperature is 55°F and falling.

  • Coverage:  1 gallon / 100SF yields 9.6 dry mils. Up to 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet per coat. Recommended 2 coats, 25-30 dry mils.
