Acrylic Roof Coating

Acrylic roof coatings are water-based protective coatings and offer excellent weather resistance against weather elements like rain, snow, and UV radiation.

They have good elongation, flexibility, and adhesion properties. Roof coatings can extend the life of your roof by reflecting the sun's heat and stopping leaks.

Acrylic coatings are easy to apply with airless sprayers and spreaders. Clean-ups are also just as easy with water. Moreover, their low VOC content means they release fewer harmful chemicals into the air during application.

Limitations

Being water-based, acrylic roof coatings have a narrower application window and should not be applied when temperatures are below 50°F and falling. They also don’t stand up well to ponding water. Consider our hybrid system for flat roofs such as built-up, modified bitumen, and single-ply roofs.
