SeamStitch Silicone Caulk is a solvent-based, single-component, moisture-cure, high-solids silicone caulk. 


Uses

  • Primary Use: Ideal for sealing around pipe boots, seams, curbs, flashing, penetrations, and fasteners.
  • Secondary Use: Useful for spot repairs on our silicone roof coating system.

  • Apply to a clean, dry roof surface free of oil, grease, dirt, or loose coatings. Bare surfaces must be prepared and compatibility checked.
  • Follow our roof restoration procedures and conduct an adhesion test prior to full application.
  • Allow 24 hours between coats.
  • Equipment required: putty knife, bulk loader, sausage gun.
  • Do not apply within 3 hours of sunset, if rain is expected, or when the temperature is 45 degrees and falling.
