EnergyMax SEBS Coating is a solvent-based, single-component elastomeric coating for all roof types

Uses

  • Withstands Ponding Water: Ensures long-lasting protection even in areas where water tends to accumulate.
  • Rust Inhibitor: Eliminates the need for a primer over rusted metal, simplifying the application process.



  • EnergyMax SEBS Coating can be applied using a roller or sprayer.
  • Allow 24 hours between coats.
  • Avoid applying within 3 hours of sunset, if rain is expected, or when the temperature is 45°F and falling.
  • Clean Up: Xylene
  • Coverage: Apply at 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet per coat
  • Elongation: 400%
  • Reflectivity: 87%
  • VOC: Less than 50 grams per liter
  • Solids by Volume: 60%
  • Shelf Life: 12 months at 45°F-80°F
