EnergyGuard Aromatic Polyurethane is a solvent-based, single-component, moisture-cure, high-solids, elastomeric polyurethane roof coating with superior protection and durability. Its elastomeric properties allow for expansion and contraction with temperature changes, making it a reliable choice for any climate.
USES
Stop roof leaks and extend the service life of sloped roofs such as metal, concrete, asphalt built-up, modified bitumen, single-ply (EPDM, TPO) membranes, and sprayed polyurethane foam roofs.

COVERAGE RATES
EnergyGuard Aromatic Polyurethane can be brushed, rolled, or sprayed. Apply at 1.5 gallon / 100SF per coat. Allow 24 hours between coats. Do not apply within 3 hours of sunset, if rain is expected, or when the temperature is 45 degrees and falling.
