EnergyMax SEBS Coating is a solvent-based, single-component elastomeric coating for all roof types.

USES

Stop roof leaks and extend the service life of sloped roofs such as asphalt built-up, modified bitumen, single-ply (EPDM, TPO) membranes, and sprayed polyurethane foam roofs.

COVERAGE RATES

EnergyMax SEBS Coating can be brushed, rolled, or sprayed. Apply at 1.5 gallon / 100SF per coat. Allow 24 hours between coats. Do not apply within 3 hours of sunset, if rain is expected, or when the temperature is 45 degrees and falling.
