EnergyMax Silicone Coating is a versatile solution for protecting your roof. It offers superior waterproofing and durability, while its elastomeric properties allow for expansion and contraction with temperature changes.

USES

Stop roof leaks and extend the service life of sloped roofs such as metal, concrete, asphalt built-up, modified bitumen, single-ply (EPDM, TPO) membranes, and sprayed polyurethane foam roofs.

• Dries to form a breathable membrane with exceptional weathering characteristics, prevents moisture entrapment and premature roof failure, and is unaffected by ponding water.
• It may be used for potable rainwater catchment applications. Reflective roof coating reduces cooling costs.

COVERAGE RATES

EnergyMax Silicone Coating can be brushed, rolled, or sprayed. Apply at 1.0 gallon / 100SF per coat. Allow 24 hours between coats. Do not apply within 3 hours of sunset, if rain is expected, or when the temperature is 45 degrees and falling.
