SeamStitch SEBS Caulk is a solvent-based, single-component sealant suitable for all roof types. It provides exceptional flexibility and durability, making it an ideal solution for sealing and repairing roof leaks.


Uses

  • Ideal for stopping roof leaks and extending the service life of sloped roofs, including asphalt built-up, modified bitumen, single-ply (EPDM, TPO) membranes, and sprayed polyurethane foam roofs.

  •  Apply the caulk using a brush, roller, or caulking gun. Choose the method that best suits the project's size and requirements.
  • Apply the caulk when the temperature is between 45°F and 95°F, and avoid application if rain is expected within 24 hours.
  • For best results, apply the caulk in thin, even layers. Allow each layer to cure before applying the next to ensure a strong bond.
  • Clean tools and equipment with a suitable solvent immediately after use to prevent the caulk from hardening on the tools.
